INVESTMENT ANALYST

Role Overview:

As a Private Equity Investment Analyst at Lumens Capital, you will play a pivotal role in the firm’s investment process. Your responsibilities will include leading market research to understand industry trends and dynamics, screening investment opportunities to identify potential deals, and supporting investments with a diverse range of commercial and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Screen potential investment opportunities and provide an initial assessment of their viability.
• Support the investment process with a range of skills, including financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop value creation strategies for portfolio companies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years M&A experience with a leading Investment Bank, Consulting Firm or Private Equity Firm
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Proactive and self-motivated work style, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
